Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Under the Education Act, AGI is able to retain up to 25% or $3,000, whichever is the lesser of total fees paid for a course of three months or more, if an international student withdraws within the first 10 working days. This needs to be based on actual expenses incurred in accordance with the school invoice.

The early withdrawal refund rules for international students are now:

Up to 25% or $3,000, whichever is the lesser

The student is entitled to full refund if the student never enrolls the course. After the withdrawal period listed above, the student is not entitled to any refund.
